Refund & Billing Policy

Building and printing binder placeholders is free. Paid products simply remove the watermark from your printed output.

1.Merchant of record

Payments, invoicing, and applicable sales tax/VAT for Mandacaru Tech LLC are handled by Polar, our merchant of record. Your card statement and receipts come from Polar. Their buyer terms also apply to your purchase.

2.What you're buying

• Print Pass — a one-time purchase. Each pass makes one binder export watermark-free; a pass is spent when you print. Passes never expire, and multi-packs simply add more prints to your account.
• Collector / Pro subscription — recurring access to watermark-free printing across all your binders, billed monthly or yearly until cancelled.

3.Refunds

These are low-cost digital goods that are usable immediately, so we do not offer automatic refunds. That said, we want you to be happy — refund requests are handled case by case. If a purchase didn't work as expected, was made in error, or you were charged incorrectly, email us and we'll make it right where reasonable.

Where the law grants you a statutory right of withdrawal or refund (for example, certain consumer protections in the EU/UK), those rights are honoured regardless of the above.

Digital content delivered immediately: Print Passes and subscriptions are digital content that becomes usable as soon as your purchase completes. By completing checkout you request immediate access and acknowledge that, where you consume the product (for example, by using a Print Pass), any statutory "cooling-off" right of withdrawal for that item may no longer apply.

4.Managing or cancelling a subscription

You can cancel any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then, and you won't be charged again.
